1How does FSM work?
Fashion Steals Mom goes live shopping and posts everything she finds on her IG stories. All items are available for purchase for 24hrs and are first come first serve basis. Make sure you turn on IG notifications so you don't miss any deal. There are also quite a few items available in stock for purchase, you may check them up in the 'SHOP' tab.
2How can I make a purchase?
Just add the item you like to your cart and follow the easy checkout process. Or if you are shopping from IG @FashionStealsMom, just swipe up and add the item to your cart and continue the purchasing process.
3Are all the pieces are authentic?
All the pieces are 100% authentic guaranteed. Everything is bought directly from the brands and other trusted stores around the US and the rest of the world. They are also brand new, however, there are few times FSM will shop at racks and may show a little damage or missing dust bag or box, but she will mention it on her stories.
4How do I know my shoe size?
We recommend knowing your size on each specific brand since there is a NO RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE policy.
5How do I know the size of the piece, like bags and earrings?
Most of the time, there will be a reference picture for the size, if not, measurement in centimeters will be provided.
6Do I have to create an account to place an order?
It is not necessary; however, it will speed up the process for future orders and may grant you access to special events and deals.
7Is there a reason why there is a NO RETURN policy?
As all purchases are final sale to FSM, so they are also for you.
8Once purchase is completed, how long will it take to be shipped?
It is expected to ship within 7 business days; however, some items may be special orders and will take longer.

10Where do you ship?
We offer insured worldwide shipping via DHL or UPS.
11Are the duties paid on international orders?
No. Each country has its own duties and fees and each customer is responsible to pay them upon receipt of the order.
12Where can I find my tracking number?
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. If you did not receive it, contact us via email [email protected] or DM on IG.
13What payment methods do you take?
Our secure checkout is powered by Ecwid which supports all major credit cards. We also offer PayPal, AfterPay and bank deposits in Ecuador.
14My order was just cancelled, what happened?
This can happen once in a while but sometimes by the time you place your order, the item has already been purchased in store by someone else or may have been inventory discrepancy. 100% refund will be issued accordingly.
15What is the difference between FSMDeal and FSMExclusive?
FSMDeals are as its name explains: sales. FSMExclusives are pieces that are not on discounted price because they never go on sale and they are very hard to find or buy. Their availability is limited and they have an added value because of this same reason. However, FSM aims to stay below other competitors’ prices.
16OMG OMG OMG I did a purchase! What’s next?
Once you have successfully paid for the item, FSM will proceed to purchase it. You will next receive an email with the confirmation of your purchase. Then, when the item has shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping / tracking details.
17Does your prices include local taxes?
Yes, US local taxes are included.
